When the weather is warm
termites will swarm
Your hardwood inspection
will cause you dejection
It will show that your floor
is not there any more
And your dining room
will be in the basement soon
That place had plenty of 'wows'
an attic, new kitchen, and foyer
But before you bid on the house
you should have hired a lawyer

Anaerobic bacteria are really bears
sitting beneath your body hairs
They wait until conditions are right
That's when they will start to bite
On my molar the dentist may tug
but I reject his prescription drug
I would rather have a kidney than a tooth
and those side effects I regard as uncouth
This plane can really soar
Where it goes I'm not quite sure
I'll get off at some place of allure
Then back on to continue my tour
