Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

on my way out

Emily Reeve

On my way out
I forgot to say goodbye.
I usually do
and that makes you cry.

You always say
That I'm too damn mean.
I'm cold and heartless.
That you hadn't forseen.

You plead with me
to hold you to my breast,
to kiss you and love you
but give it a rest!

I really do care,
and love you but maybe
I don't want you around
when you're a big baby.
