Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Emily Reeve

On the fields of Mars
I sacrifice some poor souls
to my pagan gods.

My chair makes for good
cushion for my big backside
your soul is not safe.

I spend many days
dancing the hokey-pokey
and spinning around.

Pudding tastes real good
but when you're smiting your foes
try cole slaw, okay?
