Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

i drowned

Claudia Skipper

it was yesterday
as i remember i looked
up at the bright stars

and wondered if there
would ever be a time quite
like this current one

i saw angels and
the heavens that were not like
you would ever think

so i walked away
and took a long, deep breath and
i drowned in beauty
