Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Very Bad Archive

goodbye

Katie Shuck

I need a moment, need a breath, need some time to catch up.
How did this happen?
How could I let you go?
I need another night, another day, another month.
I'm lost, spinning in circles.
I need help.
I need a hand to hold, I need you.
I need you to get me through.
For the first time I know that I can't do this alone.
I feel sick inside, what did I do?
With tears running down my face I fall.
I fall head first into my pillow, wishing you would be here tomorrow.
Wishing this was all a bad dream.
