I sit here eating cookies
in my jeans that are two sizes too tight
I unbutton the top button because they are two sizes too tight
I inhale quickly and chuckle loudly
and enjoy the cookie with my unbuttoned jeans, which are two sizes too tight.
So, I’ll lose these pants, and sit here in my drawers
No longer bothered by my jeans, that are two sizes too tight.
