Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

beware

Claudia Skipper

i can't tell you much, friends
but i can tell you this:
next time you go walking alone,
be careful for that foggy must

they'll jump out and holler!
they'll catch you and you'll cry!
when they bring you back to their chamber,
they'll eat you while you're still alive

these people that i speak of,
or monsters shall i say,
are very scared of lightning,
but even more, the light of day

so next time you go walking
upon that misty street,
turn back before it's too late
or you might as well be dead meat
