Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

You're right

Natalie Would

Affirmed notion
I値l keep my home
Here, have my misappropriated pieces
Shards of loam,
uncollected under your shoes

Yes, please
I値l save my soul
Here, take my offering plate
Maple bowl,
velvet lined and too quickly passed

I値l store my pride
Accept my half-lived life
Memorial side,
face down and rusting under God

While you travel hand to hand,
With wine and ale
I値l wash away
The taste of your fingers
In my mouth

You池e wrong,
I知 not right
