Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

You're Mean

Colleen Droske

I can't believe what you've done to me,
The lion has eaten the lamb and now you're free.
I thought you cared about me but you lied,
Yeah, you left without a word good bye.
I can no longer breathe, it's like you shot me in the eye
Because now you're not a part of me
And I might as well just sit here without glee
And cry
And wait to die.
I no longer have life because now life sucks.
Yeah, I hate your guts.
I'm a vampire because the sun doesn't shine anymore,
Not since you walked out that door.
Why did you leave me here all alone?
Did you love me enough to call me on the phone?
NO! Of course not! No way!
Now I have to go die everyday.
