Very Bad Poetry

If only wishes came true,
The world would be happier,
Love would finally last,
People could be what they wanted,
Peace might actually exist,
Joy might prevail through all circumstances,
Love would be plastered on magazines,
Not porn, hatred, disgust, smugness, or even celebrities,
Normal people living normal lives,
Laughing normal laughs, dreaming normal dreams,
People who have hearts and not empty souls,
Souls full of love, happiness, peace, and wishes,
People that don't care about publicity,
People that care about other people,
Not commercials, shows, money, fame, or how their hair looks,
If wishes came true, Walt Disney would be president,
Nobody would get murdured, heart-broken, or judged,
Everybody would be treated like a friend,
Maybe even like a family member,
When the world finally remembers how to care, cherish, hold,
People will again see just how amazing this world can be,
Start treating Earth like a close friend or relative,
We wouldn't need to abandon the only home we've ever known,
Nor search for livable conditions elsewhere in the universe,
If wishes came true, people would realize new things,
Incredible, unbelievable, majestic things about our world,
See just how valuble life is on planet Earth,
What a sweet deal, amazing life opportunities we have,
Only here and nowhere else,
How lucky we are to be able to think for ourselves,
To make choices, know love and happiness,
Expirience desire, emotion, feeling, and even pain,
We would realize how amazing life is,
If only wishes came true.....
