Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

What the Hell

Tommy Thomas

What the hell,
Everything in my life stinks,
Everything, including the kitchen sink,
Got hitched for 19 years
and divoced,
Thats par for the course,
Raised 4 kids that were even mine, wow,
And none wants anything to do with me now,
Lost it all, home, job, kids and wife,
What the hell, thats my life,
Got to drinking and lost my license to drive,
Ride a bike now to work to stay alive,
What the hell, maybe I'm better off with out all that crap,
Though I do feel like a dumb feaken sap,
Kick myself in the ass all the time,
But what the hell, I can still write a rhyme

Tommy Thomas has published since joining on 30/11/99. Read more of Tommy's terrible poetry at the anthology. Here are three of Tommy's latest works:
