Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Vette

Lynne Belle

Seduction and the hunt
said the vixen in me
on the frenzied night
our paths merged
I left my heart
in the hands of the poets
a merry chase
it was
For the time we were together
no regrets
The shelter I offered
not sturdy enough
to bear the weight
of my expectations

In coltish youth
you ran
You were worth the chase
when in folly's pride
I exiled my heart
