Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Thirst

Robert Hawkins

Seeker, healer, lover my catalyst.
Wasn't with wisdom I loved
you.
I was a soldier,
With no weapon.
My prowess,
I could not guard my heart.

You poured so much of you,
Into me.
Alone so long,
I didn't know to give me back.
Yet all I am unable to give,
Possesses you.

You left taking your gift.
Left helpless,
You left scars.
The hollow in me from your absence.
The pain of knowing,
There's to be only one of you,
In ones life.

But for the wish for you,
There's nothing in me.

Merci, Mon Cheri Mon petite.
You know who I mean.
What did you mean "you can drive a nail, you can pull
it out but your still going to have a hole?

As for the rest of you following the bi-play.
I'm Robert your tour guide
for this evenings entertainment.
Our next stop will be the beautiful water gardens where you can disembark.
And get the hell out of here.
