Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

That It Is You I Think Of

Robert Hawkins

Kisses, your caress?
Do I remember you?
Yes, my dear lady fair.
Faithful memories in my heart.
Still to this day warmth memories you.
Dirt and dust might cover my remains.
Laid I am low under Texas land.
And my wild heart cease to be.
No matter where my vessel of energy takes me.
In God's tumultucus stormy heavens.
My life gone that I am adrift.
That I remember you dear lady?
That in honor?
You in shame honor me not.
In my soul I will think of you?
