Summer Dream

Raven Birdsong

That late summer night sound.
Fond memories of endless nights and
Lose inhibitions.


So sickly sweet is the nostalgia that,
Hangs in the air.

Wishing, waiting, wanting,
So thusly caught up in stagnate memories.

When we seek to bask in
Those summer dreams, do we
Realize the first signs of autumn.
