Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Secret

kristina heart

When I want my privacy,
Nothing helps when you want me,
You will laugh and try to appeal,
But no secret I will reveal.

Maybe you'll give it a try,
'I know that you like this guy,'
Some of these may be insane,
Others true, guesses just the same.

Yes, I know that you're my friend,
But secrets do not depend,
You're luck is just a bare leaf clover,
Stops your guesses - it is over.

Your perseverence is as big as an eye of an owl,
Soon you will wear out like a soggy towel,
If I tell you I will regret,
In my heart I have no secret.
