Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Pixel Pipelines and a Heat Spreader

Michael Reed

He says his laptop has a big hard drive with lots of RAM.
She says she has multiple inputs but wonders how much cache he has and if his disk is floppy.
He wonders if she is virus protected as he lightly fingers her keyboard saying Let me enter your data.
She giggles, saying I'm plug-and-play, as she exposes her backplane and large computer rack.
Nice firmware, he notes. And quite a back end system.
We'll do it until my Gigahertz, he whispers.
She bytes his bits and asks Are you master or slave?
He moves his dongle toward her faceplate
and prepares to plug into the parallel port above the rectifier.
Are we integrated? she wonders. Her socket awaits.
Quicken the interface, she says, but he is Microsoft.
Should I abort, retry, or quit? he ponders.
Are you a gender changer? she says accusingly, and presses his reset button.
