Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Orange Spot

Paul T. Kruz

Where once there was,
there is now not.
They sit at the crest,
watching where the waves
used to crash, splatter
silica granules all over.
This stuff used to make
the hills steeper,
made the entire ride feel like falling.
Now its just an orange spot,
the mound is an empty conch.
