Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Nights Day Long

Robert Hawkins

Now so ever I humm a tune.
I never knew the song, title to.
Nights I lay back secluded comfort my sheets.
Turn my face look upon her. She in slumber I wait for morn's familiar grey.
Numb I lie next to her ever peering.
I await her awakening.
When once again.
I will be alone.
The night day long.

note; I wrote a poem called bobby's porta-pot.
And I did state,, yet to come.
But I do and yet?
Honey,, believe?
Best is yet to come.
