Very Bad Archive

My state is bigger than your state

Emily Reeve

We might be sparsely populated
but we have more polar bears
than you.
We're also just plain huge.

All of the celebrities in California,
all of the cowboys in Texas,
all of the theme parks in the rest of the country
can't compete
with the view
from the mall parking lot
or from the window
in my dentist's office.

My state is so much bigger than yours in so many ways.
