Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

My Love

Slim Walter DeTurtlevain

I sit
My love sits
My love sits, and I sit
But we do not sit together
We do not sit near to each other
In fact, we sit very far apart
From each other
From the world?
From each other

We sit apart
But we exist together
Together, apart
Apart, together
Together, we are apart
We are, together, a part of IT
A part of it all
A part of ourselves
Ourself?

A part apart, we are together
Together for a long time
Apart forever
Apart for ever?
A part (of IT) forever
Apartforever...

A tarp or fever?
