Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

My Inner Silence

Claudia Skipper

I can find peace
In any place
It took a little practice
But you can do it too

I can find peace
In my mother's face
Her smile and eyes
Kind of look like mine

I can find peace
In outer space
It's something I can't fathom
The unknown is beautiful

I don't have to find peace
In your heart
I don't have to look for it
It's already there
