Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Moldiest Love

Colleen Coleman

ust merely saying your name aloud,
puts my head above the clouds
where are my worries are simply
swept away
you are true gold,
in an utter cesspool of mold,
where all the good chaps are simply,
swept away
But you chose me above all else,
and hell, I'm probably the moldiest of them all.
But, when I'm talking to you, any memories of a shitty past are simply,
swept away,
but of course, I've not had it nearly as bad
as many other people in this world,
but love, when I'm talking to you,
all feelings of hatred, of awkwardness, of pure sadness, of despair, of anger, of jealousy, of rage, even if they are all at their peak strength.
They are all swept away in a sea of your love.
