Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Mob rule

Manchu Wong

Ready to die striving, ready to die breaking the law

Nothing is ilegal, if you never ever get caught

Go get your rifle, answer everything you've been taught

Do it for the justice, do it for your own noble cause

Without a question, without an answer as well

Without a purpose, without a reason to tell

Some stick to the guns, some gonna say farewell

Some die a murderer, some gonna sound the knell

Mob rule

Bring on the guillotine

Mob rule

Set up the gallows tree

Mob rule

Bring the tyrant to the slaughter

Mob rule

Still got place for you and me

[It's actually a lyric of a song from my band in which we want to discuss the complexity of the politics of collective violence. But my skill to use English is so limited although it's my major in college. Whatever, this is just not a poem, this is SPARTA! sorry just have to say it....]

Manchu Wong has published since joining on 30/11/99. Read more of Manchu's terrible poetry at the anthology. Here are three of Manchu's latest works:
