Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Little Black Cat

Veronica Corningstone

The willow tree waved to me like a hand
the wind blowing its green leaves with grace.
I sat and pondered on the land
While my thoughts made my heart race.

I once was quite a tom boy I thought
I liked nature and gross animals and such
But now I'm older I think its changed a lot
And things I thought I liked I don't much.

I'll tell you how I know its true
as I sat by the water so blue.

A strong large snake slithered my way
I jumped away even though I know it just wanted to play.
I gave it a look of dissatisfaction
and crossed the stream for a different type of action.
I saw it at once as it came toward me gentlay
and when I touched the sleek black fur I knew I wanted that pussay
