Inspire Me

Jhade Sagrave

I'm no poet
All I know is if I'm gonna flow I need something to inspire me

A word, a touch, not much
Just something that lives and sings and just inspires me

Blow through the trees
Blow through my hair
Or blow in my ear but just inspire me

Let the sun rise and flood this place with light
Let the floods all rise and turn the day to night
Let the moon call out the wolves to feed
Let my heartbeat stop but just inspire me!
