Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

I am but a pixel

Morris Moss

I am but a pixel
On a screen of pixels
That look a little bit like me
And yet I am lonely
Lonely as the crow that caws
On a cold summer's morn
Lonely as the beast who slowly withers away,
Not knowing family or friends
Only the slow gasp of a raven
Caught betwhence its claws
And soon the user will turn off,
And then it shall be dark.
Darker than the darkest night.
Darker than the darkest blackie
And now I must leave.

Goodbye.
