Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

I Will Be Better

Robert Hawkins

I will be better in dying.
I was slow and so sad.
A fool crying when there was no one home inside.
Just a fool crying no one cares about tears.
Now that you have found me.
Never will you see tears of mine.
Put your arms around me cooing soft words.
I'll die first before weeping weary tears once more.
Oh so I might be slow.
I'll take a woman.
And I'll rip her apart with words.
I will be better.

note; sorry but as I told Emily Reeve the poem exudes.
And,,, I'm damn good at it. Bobby
