Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

I Have A Life

Daniel Scheveraux

All I've ever wanted
is to create life with a
happy family
I've never wanted fame,
wealth or even beauty.
Just being a simple woman
is enough for me to be.

Have you ever had a mother who's dreams are for her children sake?
Have you ever had a mother who
cries every time her children
is in trouble?
Have you ever had a mother
who aches when you ache?
Have you ever had a mother who
laughs with you, dreams with you and loves you whatever or whoever you have become?

I don't have a mother
But I have a life to live
and pursue
And I hope that one day
I could find the what I am longing to find and reach what I am longing to achieve.
May God be with me.
