Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

I Am Sad

J.D. Guanzonamo Bay

I am sad
I feel really bad
Stress fills my life
Like peanut butter on a knife
Why am I feeling so blue?
I cry every time I think of you
When you left, my life fell apart
You left me with a broken heart
Like a cut rubbed with lime
My heart hurts all the time
I miss my dead cat
I eat too much and I’m getting fat
This life gives tears to my eyes
There was no truth behind your lies
There’s no more food in my refrigerator
I have to use the stairs because of the broken elevator
I am sad
I feel really bad
