Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Hypnosis

F Drummond

A bastard of a hypnotist
Came to our town
And has made the majority of those who didn’t attend
Frown

The poor folk who were coerced
Under this mans spell
Are now zombies in a
Smokeless hell

Where a red wine
From the australian south
Dances on the tongue
Of a nicotine-less mouth

No laughter, no joy
No wine, fags and cheese nights
No upholding of our
UN protected civil rights

If ‘ere this man should wander your way
Take this warning
And say “hey!”
Get away you self righteous wanker
You are a blight on my rights you party pooping canker

F Drummond has published 2 more terrible poems since joining on 30/11/99. Read more of F's terrible poetry at the anthology. Here are three of F's latest works:
