Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Honey De At The Alamo

Robert Hawkins

William Barret Travis.
Drew a line in the sand.
Honey De and Bobby carried.
Mortally sick Jim Bowie.
Bowie gave Honey De a kiss.
Thank you Bobby.
Steve Wakeling ran from the Alamo.
Ran over three Mexican sentries.
Running so fast.
But the fourth sentrie.
Shot him.
He's dead.
