Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Goodnight to You.

Claudia Skipper

I'm not going to call you back tonight
becuase I know you're expecting me to
I'll wash my face and go to bed
and no, I won't dream of you

I'll wake up with the thought of you long gone
make some coffee and kill some time
the sun will rise, the birds will chirp
you'll be the furthest thing from my mind

it's good, though
and it's okay
I guess we will talk someday

so have fun playing beer pong
and smoking your stupid dope
I'll close my mind and clear my eyes
while I dream of cooler folks
