Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

For a fallen angel

Mihaela Banks

A new born child

with wounded knees

desperately crawling to find again

his mother's womb

in a midnight that

brings together all sins and passions

in one place.

For the grieving lovers

weeping is useless…

and red roses are a nonsense…

Come and say your sad good byes

or thank god,

another whore has died!

Come and join the hatred whispers

or come and save the child

that lies beside

a mother he will never know.

It's a rendezvous

lost for eternity,

memories wrapped

in a violet veil!

She was a fallen angel

but now she'll be a star

shining on a piece of sky.
