Fleas Don't Bite Honey De
Robert Hawkins
From the moment of conception.
Life takes,
A destiny of it's own.
In mankinds case,
A life ticket going one way.
Your 'ETD.'
(estimated time of death)
Maybe seven decades.
More sometimes less.
Mostly less.
Or never get the chance.
Winding up in a Nuevo Laredo.
Abortion clinic pan.
You get one ticket.
One way.
That summation.
That will be your life.
Like a train ride.
You can relax.
Look out the windows.
Absorb life scenes.
Enjoy the view.
Or get left in a lurch.
With the mutual admiration society.
Engrossed in thought.
In coach.
Your own thoughts.
Can be as living blossoms,
Borne by the human tree.
There will always be those.
Support with naught but contempt.
For the human tree,
Bearing to much fruit.
Ignore pseudo big brains.
Do and say what's you.
There's nothing to be done.
For the head.
With the consistency and density.
Of pure bone.
Many are in the province,
Of the 'Peter Principle.'
But how the hell would they ever know?
Would you?

note;
Ideas pull the trigger, but instinct loads the gun.
So go to school to learn, instead of packing a gun.
