Have you ever been to the point where death sounded good?
That it sounded so good that you should…
Could…
And absolutely would…
Consider suicide?
It’s getting to much, you have too much to hide
You know if they find out you’ll just want to die
So you want to end if before you know they know
You want to leave before anyone can say anything to you, you just want to go
Go be with God, the gold streets and the ones that meant the most to you
But someone with at least an ounce of sense knows that’s not the best thing to do
Am I crazy, for liking the sight of my blood?
Am I such an evil person though it’s people of this world that drug me into the mud?!
If I wrote a book about my life, people would laugh at me, others would hang their head and cry
No one would do what’s the best to do, look up in prayer, send a call towards the sky
Won’t somebody please say a prayer for me?!
Will somebody please tell me different from what I see?!
Because right now I see failure
I hate that when it comes to my future I’m so unsure
I won’t kill myself, that’s something I can almost promise
But I need something new, I need to stop feeling like this
Help me out, someone with a caring heart please help me out
Lord Jesus, let me know you hear my shout
Until then I’ll be here, crying but waiting
When the time comes maybe my heart will stop hating
I want a breakthrough…
