Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Divine Ruler

Jamie Scott

...And Dom said:

"My dog has fleas,
I do not like these,
fleas."
And Dom was no longer pleased.

...And Dom said:

"First I was afraid,
I was petrified,
kept thinking I would never live without you by my side,
bet then I spent so many nights thinking how you did me wrong,
but I grew strong,
and I learnt how to get along..."

...And God said:

"I am pleased with all you do.
Dom."

...And Dom said:

"Pah."

...And Jamie said:

"Yeah."
