They would glint in
my hands while you tried
to get in what lay
below. I was easy enough
but you always tried
to win me over
when I was already
won. I'm still won,
but now you're in contests
where even daggers
aren't the sharpest
weapons. Can I be that contest?

you see, I can't

make someone
else
bleed
as much as
I
have?
