Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Cheese Please!

Crap Poema

Cheese Please!

I feel bad
I feel sad
I cry myself to sleep
I cannot hear a peep
You were so mean
And full of green
Why did you hurt me?
Why did you desert me?
Why did you leave me alone?
I feel like I have turned to stone
I see your face
In every place
I cannot forget
The day that we met
We were in the grocery store
And you told the Deli man “more”
I saw your brilliant smile
As I walked down the toiletry aisle
The Deli man asked if you wanted cheddar cheese
And you responded with a “please”
Now I cannot eat cheddar
And I cannot wear my favorite sweater
All these things remind me of you
Even my favorite pair of shoes
I will take you back
If you only ask
If you ask for me
I will be set free
So please
Be my slice of Cheddar cheese
