Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Boy, Bird, Tree

Robert Hawkins

Standing under a Mulberry tree.
When a Mocking bird dived,
Fluttering around me.

Landing on a near by branch.
The Mocking bird started,
Singing to me.

She is telling me,
This is her nest tree.
And I must leave.

Such a beautiful warning,
I have never recieved.
A more exquisite song,
I have yet to hear.
