Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Very Bad Archive

Batch of Haikus No. 1

Mad-Mike

Bakery
Fat faces out front
Licking at a window pane
Staring at the cakes

The Drunk
Face down in the street
Expelling last night’s partake
In front of the bar

Stranded On Mars
Frigid nights alone
Oxygen tanks near empty
Six months from the Earth

Postal Dispatcher
Postage-stamped letters
All sorted into hampers
Going on their way

My Love
My Victoria
You are my center, my life
Without You I’m lost
