Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Ba Ba Black Sheep

Robert Hawkins

Whats with these blacks.
For any asinine reason
Start bitching the only reason blacks are in jail is that they are black.

Your own greed got most of you into slavery.
The coast of Africa was a concession stand.
Tribes along the coast were more than happy to raid.
Any other tribe and sell a few thousand blacks for trinkets and beads.

And all your damn bitching is really endearing to the rest of us.
Would love to see you on a
British plantation in Ireland.
We wern't called slaves,
Indentured workers.
Semantics.
Slaves by any other name.
But you didn't see Irish have Irish slaves ready to go.
For any ship that happened to sail by.

They think they are the only who people who had a hard time.
If your Irish you need not apply. We don't hire Irish.
Or if you were indentured hang it up you were never going to be free.
I owe my soul to the company store.

In the great patatoe famine,
Which was the only thing many Irish had to eat.
There was actully food to eat.
But it was being exported by the British.
For no one cared if a million or so Irish died slowly starving to death.

It is blacks incessent whining.
Gee, I'm black everything bad happens to me.
Buck up.
You could be in Africa where you kin in tribal warfare are mowing down each other like sheep.

You think you are the only ones to pick someone elses cotton or bailed their hay?
And never be paid.
And you want to identify with islam.
Well if slavery still exists you got the right place.

What the hell you do your thing.
Just don't whine at me.
Just be glad that back in history the British found we Irish first.
Or sure as hell would have been a lot more of you.
Ba ba black sheep.
