A seriously good poem
is full of fitness.
Where words can feel buff
and never run
out of breath ever.
Never.
Ever.
So I heard.
And I have heard.
A seriously bad poem
is way out of shape,
that wheezes and sobs
and bends over with cramps
that really hurt. And
sometimes throw up.
So I heard.
And I have heard.
Oh yes I have
