Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

A Day at the Park

Wilson Rogers

The day at the park was very nice,
There were trees and birds there were even mice.
All was peaceful all was calm,
So I took out my Bible and read the 23rd Psalm
The birds they flew so high in the air.
So valiantly they flew without a care,
And now,
I pack my bags and turn to go,
I leave the park I leave it just so.
