Since joining on 30/11/99, Choe hasn't published a single poem. It's not that Choe find it hard to write, nor is it simply a matter of malfeasance or flawed jurisprudence. We're going to feed it you you straight -- the work that Choe is producing is on such a high level that we keep rejecting it because it's too good.
